With a commerce degree from Chennai and an advertising background in JWT, she ventured into filmmaking; Assisted directors like Suresh Krishna, Nagesh Kukunoor and Prakash Kovelamudi. After gaining experience behind the camera, she is making her entry on camera with LBW.
