Rajinikanth Rana First Look

South superstar Rajini much awaited upcoming film Rana first look was out finally. In this historical action film Rajinikanth will be appeared in a triple role. For this film Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been confirmed for one of female lead roles so far. Now the latest news is that actresses Tabu and Ileana have been confirmed for the other two female lead roles. Sonu Sood will play the villain role.

Rana film touted to be a historic periodic film and will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages simultaneously.

The movie was launched recently at AVM studios in Chennai and the movie regular shooting will starts from May first week it seems. As per the sources Rajini was not happy with the makeup look of Deepika Padukone opposite to Young Rajinikanth in the film. Super star Rajinikanth requested the make-up team to take time to make proper look for Deepika. So the shooting has been delayed, otherwise it was supposed to start on April 25th!

Rana will be produced by Rajini and Eros International and it will be directed by KS Ravikumar, who has already worked with the star in Muthu and Narasimha. Rana will feature cinematography by R Rathnavelu and music by A R Rahman.

Rana is expected to release in the early year of 2012!
